Certification Levels
VesselNexus uses a three-level certification system: L1 visitors explore free, L2 enterprise members unlock trading capabilities, and L3 verified brokers enjoy full data access. Below are the complete permissions and registration requirements for each level.

⚡ = Quote/deal prices: L2 unlocks with credits (1 credit / 24h, stackable); free for L3. Weekly report PDF: L1 visitors unlock free with a business email.
Reward points: 1 credit = $1 USD. Use credits to offset cash purchases on the platform (max 1 credit per order ≤$29.9, max 2 credits per order >$29.9), or to unlock quote/deal prices and owner contact (1 credit per vessel per 24h, stackable). Earn credits by publishing listings, submitting vessel corrections, inviting enterprises, completing the quarterly survey and contributing intelligence — see the Rewards page.
L1 → L2: Three Registration Channels
Upgrading to L2 is done at registration only — there is no in-account upgrade. Choose one of three channels:
Enterprise Email
Register with your company email. The system verifies the domain instantly — full L2 access immediately.
Qualification Upload
Upload company qualification documents. AI review completes in minutes — full L2 access on approval.
Email Verification
Verify by email code (valid 10 min) for restricted L2: no invitations, no intelligence data, and permanently ineligible for L3 broker upgrade.
Note: Channel C grants restricted L2 and can never upgrade to L3. If your goal is broker certification, use Channel A or B.

- Maritime Professional Qualification
- Business License + Legal Rep Certificate
Review & Rules
- Manual review, completed in 1-5 business days
- L3 auto-downgrades to L2 when the credential expires
- Forged credentials: 7-day freeze, permanent ban on repeat
